Decorate Shawnee for the Holidays: Adult volunteers get together the night before Thanksgiving break to decorate the school for the holidays. There is music, food and lots of trees to decorate.
Santa Shop: Kids love this one because they get to buy Christmas gifts for their family. Lots of help is needed for this event because it is held all day, every day, for a week in December. Help is needed for set up and clean up. Volunteers also run the register, help the kids as they shop and help wrap gifts.
PLEASE NOTE: All volunteers must have a Volunteer Criminal Record Check on file in order to help out. This must be updated every year. The updated link is below. Forms are available in the school office as well. Approval takes a couple of weeks. Thanks for your help and cooperation!
